Your little mermaid will look tutu cute in this!

I love any shirt that has a tutu attached to it.  My daughter feels that no outfit is complete without a tutu, and this makes it easier for mommy because I can find everything I need at once!

The dress is made by Rare Editions, and the top is 95% cotton and 5% spandex.  The tutu is 100% polyester.  As with most tutu dresses, you should probably hand was this one.
